Each bread is a living piece of art!
We insist on using no chemical flavorings, relying instead on our unique magic yeast to patiently cultivate deliciousness. Each bread undergoes an 18-hour hand-cultivation process with LV liquid yeast (Levain) before being sprinkled with magic yeast. This special yeast helps retain moisture in the bread and extends its shelf life. Furthermore, we substitute lime wine for butter, imparting a soft, chewy texture bursting with vitality to every loaf.

2. A 30% deposit is required when ordering meal boxes.
3. Please call the store 5 days in advance to place an order for meal boxes.
4. For orders of 50 sets or more, please call 7 days in advance.
